1. How do I get my drawing, design or wording into an embroidery design...
   Send a clearly drawn coloured copy of the design, for example a letterhead, or if you wish, send a jpeg by e-mail. We will then tell you if there will be a set up charge for making the design into our required embroidery data.
2. I do not have a corporate or club logo...
   You may have standard lettering or add your wording to one of the 1000 + work or sport related stock designs we have in our system.
3. How many garments do I have to purchase...
   Only one ! We have no minimum quantity for an order.
4. What is the time scale for getting my design ready for embroidery...
   Setting up your design will take approximately 4-5 days. If you wish to approve it before production we can even e-mail you a picture of the embroidery for you to see.
5. What is the delivery time for embroidery on garments...
   Depending on the type and style of garment, a small order for stock garments can be as quick as a few days. Items from our full range about 7-10 days till posting.
6. How do I pay...
   Switch / Credit Card for fast delivery or a Cheque, but allow time for it to clear. If requested we will issue a vat invoice.
7. Can I re-ordered extra in the future...
   Yes we will keep your design on file, again no minimum quantity on repeats.
8. I don’t see the type of garment I would like on the website what else can I get...
   We have many other suppliers so give us a call and we will see if we can help.
